SDG is continuing to grow, and we are adding Quality Automation Engineers to our team! This person will work closely with our project and development teams to ensure our customers are efficiently able to build best-in-class enterprise web applications. You will be amongst some of the best technical talent in the Twin Cities, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow, and be a part of a growing quality automation technical community. We are looking for a team-oriented person who has a passion for quality and has at least 5 years' experience as a Quality Automation Engineer and building automation frameworks from scratch. A successful Quality Automation Engineer at SDG is a lifelong learner who is motivated to continually improve their craft and thrives amongst their fellow employee-owners.

SDG’s Quality Automation Engineers have passion for quality and have experience with a handful of the following technologies and responsibilities. If you have them too, we want to hear from you:

• Custom, Enterprise Web Development projects
• Proven experience in the creation of automation frameworks
• Object Oriented Development
• SQL
• Writing test cases, test plans, test results
• System, Functional, Parallel, Integration testing
• Test scope planning, creation, and implementation
• Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Visual Studio Team Services
• Automated Testing Tools (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, etc.)
• API Testing Tools
• Mobile Testing

• 5 years of professional Quality Automation Engineer experience
• Experience creating automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience delivering solutions in large scale enterprise environments 
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a bonus
• Prior consulting or professional services experience is a bonus
• Education degree or certification in Computer Science, or the equivalent related work experience
